Gameplay

If you had guts to go one on one against Batman in Batman Boxing Match, than you're prepared to give it a try against the fastest and most agile superheros in the world - Spidey himself. He's been instructed to follow all the boxing rules, so there won't be any hits below the belt, no punches when holding on the ropes, spitting out mouthpiece on purpose, nothing like that ... As you will see, it seems that the referee waived few formalities, so occasionally we can see Spiderman in rage, clinging and swinging on his net, coming down on you fast as a bullet. When that happens, the best you can do is to stay in block (space bar) and wait for the storm to pass.

Controls

Other controls are pretty well designed: left hook is right next to the left uppercut while the same goes for your right arm. Well positioned keys enable you with fast reactions.

Parody

Bear in mind that this is just a parody, no harm was done to anybody and nothing should be taken seriously. Not to mention that all the characters are fictional (yeah, tell that to Spiderman).

Is it more than just a boxing match?

In the end, you can play this as fair and square sport boxing match. Or, you can make things more interesting with some bricks, baseball bat even shurikens and machete.

Play as Dark Spiderman

Also, the settings will allow you to play against Peter Parker in his informal clothes, than there's his classic red-blue costume and finally, the coolest one and my personal favs - 'dark spiderman', but you gotta earn 'five belts' to wear anything but 'classic'.

Combos

There are a few combos you can 'earn' during the match. For instance 'karate chop' is when you use left, left and than right, right hand. 'This is Sparta' kick comes with combo 'heavy left, heavy right, and than light right'. Or simply practice your own moves, why not.
