Spiderman Trilogy
How to Play?
The game consists of several levels where each has multiple stages. Basic intro level is training, which is very easy to play, because the main goal is to get acquainted with controls on how to gather coins and avoid dangers. If you press spacebar once, Spiderman starts to climb down his web, but he returns to the starting position by himself. Left and right arrow is used to swing Spiderman while he is descending. If you make combinations with arrow keys you can 'balance' and make more elaborate curvilinear routes. That skill will prove to be very useful later in the game and can be used to avoid enemies and collect coins distributed all over the screen. You get points for the time you spend collecting coins - the shorter the better, of course.
Stage 1: Boxhill
We have a pile of boxes with Spiderman tokens spinning on top. The task is to collect all tokens in the least time possible. Contact with the floor or the box is fatal and if you touch any of those you lose life. At the moment of impact Spiderman magically returns into the starting position and that is not graphically very well made. After that, Green Goblin will start to slide horizontally over the screen. You must collect all the tokens and not touch Green Goblin. On higher levels you will meet the rest of the villains: Dr Octopus and Lizard (Curtis Connors).
Stage 2: Watersplash
Not only should you avoid the reptile claws, but the water also presents a danger. It is so toxic that even the slightest splash can poison Spiderman. Really hard level. Occasionally hearts will appear on the screen. Try to collect them, because each heart is one additional life.
Stage 3: Saw
The entire level is made of traps in shape of saws and different rotating circular blades. The same as in previous levels, you have to collect all the tokens - unharmed.
