Hulk Madness is a game about Hulk's indestructibility. The more bombed he get hit by, the angrier he gets, and more planes he destroys.
Dropping bombs on The Incredible Hulk's head turns out not to be very bright idea because that only makes him even more angry - which is the root of Hulk Madness. Took me a while to figure out how to play this game. At first you can't jump and obviously you can't shoot at planes. In normal game you would try to avoid bombs, but not this time, not with Hulk. The idea here is to let Hulk deliberately get hit by the bomb, and that's when he completely goes mad and starts to jump and destroys other airplanes. The more he destroys the more points you earn. When you level up, a screen will be shown where you can spend money to buy more military vehicles. This is very interesting and unique concept because the more enemies you have the better.

Controls
Controls are pretty basic the way they should be in a action-packed games. Arrows keys are for moving left, right and jump, and that is all you need to worry about. Hulk will be fighting with aircrafts, so there's a separate bars for Hulk's power and the aircraft damage. To destroy all the aircrafts in the area you should press key 'Z' - that's "Rage special" or as you can see on image below "smash attack", but it's available only occasionally. There's also a jump bar, which when gets fulled allows you to jump which is normally not possible. The only downside of the game is that I don't see how can Hulk die easily.
A little about how Hulk became The Incredible Hulk
The Hulk or less known as dr Bruce Banner got his powers once when he got under direct blast of gamma radiation. The bomb that exploded was a part of some secret experiment so nobody could have predicted its influence on human tissue. It turned out that Bruce had developed a power of radical transformation into a super strong, practically indestructible half-human-half-superhero creature that everybody started to call The incredible Hulk. Most of the time Bruce lives in his own body until he get really angry or in distress when the new transformation mechanism simply triggers off.
Modern day inspiration
In modern world, Hulk has become a synonym for persistence and strength. If you ever watched WWE wrestling on TV, than you probably heard of Hulk Hogan, wwe and wwc world champion. Do you think his name is pure coincidence? Of course not.
