Gotham City Street Chase

Once again the Gotham city street chase is on. Joker stole the police car and is now trying to escape and hide somewhere in the dark alleys of Gotham City. You have to catch up with him and bring him to justice. But, not everything is as easy as it seams. There are several vans between you and the escapee filled with his criminal helpers who will do anything to stop you from getting to their boss. They will throw bombs at you and you must avoid those as well as the incoming traffic filled with innocent people. You ammo is limited so you have to collect the ammo crates when you see them on the road.

The game has been inspired by the Batman movie The Dark Knight from 2008 and The Dark Knight Rises from 2012. In both movies, our superhero Batman is seen driving his super motorbike called batpod. This is a classical adrenaline boost action game with lots of driving, shooting and explosions, so kids will probably love it. Your task is to stay on the bike. If you crash into a car coming from the opposite direction you will fall off. Do that 3 times and the game is over. Bomb explosions also reduce your energy, so make sure to avoid them too. Your task is to keep destroying the enemy vans. Each time you destroy one, you get closer to the Joker. Do that enough times, and you will clear the level. Fall of the bike 3 times and you're dead. You can't shoot without ammo, so make sure to collect cases with bullets from time to time.

Use left and right arrow keys to switch from lane to lane in order to avoid obstacles (cars and bombs) or to collect ammo boxes. Press [spacebar] to keep fireing until either you release the button (trigger) or as long as there's ammunition in the magazine.

Batpod is a Batman's auxiliary escape motorbike, equipped with the dual front mounted cannons and machine guns. Batman also used batpod to pursue the Joker in The Dark Knight movie and also it re-appears in Batman Rises sequel when Catwoman shows up on the bike and helps Batman in killing Bane. It is basically a part of the larger 4 wheel vehicle called Tumbler. In case of crash or emergency, Batpod ejects and reassembles from the Tumbler's front wheels as a part of it's self-destruction sequence.
